How about a car that runs on water?

It has been a long winter.  I need exercise and I want a pedal car.  Yet, there isn't an acceptable model.  This could have been a good alternative since it doesn't use gas.

Not necessarily a pedal car but in the spirit of less fossil fuel consumption

Is your community's energy provided by a private company?  The citizens in Boulder, CO made some really cool changes to their fuel consumption by voting to become a locally owned municipal utility.  They stuck it to "The Man," which I always like.  :-)
